One way to improve self-confidence, feelings of self-empowerment, self-satisfaction, and fulfillment is to set goals – and reach them.

When we reach the goals we set, we simply feel good about ourselves, and feeling good stimulates us to take more actions that support feeling good about ourselves.

Start your own positive self-fulfilling prophecy. Set goals that you know you will meet and get busy building your self-confidence, self-trust and good feelings about you.
Start small and as you feel the power, go for bigger goals.
