This is the way to eat: like our barbarian ancestors ate! Lean meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains,( in moderation). The meats, fish, eggs, vegetables and fruits are to be eaten in unlimited quantities- let your appetite be your guide! Also, what would a good barbarian do in the evening? Why, quaff beer and ale, of course!!
