Nuts MIT chocolate

Image

A perfect snack/dessert- mixed nuts, with chocolate chips!

Really. I get (unsalted, for the most part) mixed nuts. Walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts- usually in a mix. I add in some that aren't usually included, like the Brazil nuts... Then, I throw in about a handful of semi-sweet chocolate drops! I do it with my Vitamix blender- I fill the canister with frozen mixed vegetables, mixed frozen fruits, a little orange juice, some pomegranate juice, frozen spinach, coconut milk, and a little green tea! Blend up this drink, and: You don't NEED supplements! You CERTAINLY don't need them! Your weight will normalize- if you are underweigh
